Wholesale Supply

We try our best to keep all items in stock, however due to the nature of wholesale supply sometimes this is not possible. We therefore operate the following procedure:

- Place your order with us online.
- We will then check our stock levels and contact you if certain items are not in stock.
- With your agreement the items will then be dispatched.

Please note that we are currently in the process of adding stock to the website. Unfortunately due to the number of items we stock this will take some time. Please check back for more updates.

Payment can be made by

Payment by credit card is secure and easy. eApollo uses Sage Pay - a third party payment service provider to process your transaction. After you have entered your delivery details you will be transferred to the secure Sage Pay server. We do not see your credit card details; we are simply told whether the transaction has been successful. Once you have placed your order, the amount is reserved on your card. We will then contact you if any items are out of stock, and upon your confirmation amend the total amount if required. The funds will then be released to us.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa Debit/Credit/Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and Solo. We do not accept American Express. All transactions are carried out using 128-bit SSL security.

We accept PayPal payments for all goods except Smoking Paraphernalia.

If you would like to place an order over the telephone, please call 0121 236 3955 and we will process the order for you. You can also fax us your order on 0121 236 3965.

Paying by Cheque

If you wish to pay by cheque please contact us prior to sending. All cheques should be made payable to "APOLLO ACCESSORIES LTD" and should be sent to the following address:

On the back of the cheque please write the following:

"TELEPHONE ORDER" or "WEBSITE ORDER"
"YOUR NAME"
"YOUR ADDRESS"
"YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER"

Please bear in mind that goods will only be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.

Payment can also be made via bank transfer. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you wish to do this.

Please note all bank charges are to be paid by the buyer not the seller.
